Accommodation Rules

To ensure a harmonious stay and proper functioning of the space, it is essential to follow the condominium rules. Non-compliance may result in warnings and fines, with a fine of R$ 500.00 per infraction.

Main Rules:

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

No smoking: Inside the apartment and in common areas.

Pets: Only 1 per unit is allowed, must be on a leash in common areas.

Service elevator use: Mandatory for transporting waste and moving items.

Reservations for common areas: Party room, gourmet space, and kiosks must be reserved 48 hours in advance. A fee applies.

Fines and Penalties May Apply For:

Incorrect waste disposal.

Damage to common areas.

Disturbing the peace.

Misuse of leisure areas.

Additional Information:

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Cleaning: If extra cleaning is needed, contact us to schedule the service (additional fee applies).

Wi-Fi and TV: Wi-Fi password and TV instructions will be sent prior to check-in.

Full Studio: 100% private space, including bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom.

Entrance Hall and Elevators: For comfortable access to the apartment.

Pet Area: The condominium has a designated area for pets to exercise and relieve themselves. Note: Only one small pet per unit is allowed, according to condominium rules.

Waste Disposal Area: Located next to the management office, accessible via the parking lot.

Check-in is done with a code, with no physical keys required, providing more flexibility and autonomy.
